AVOID! Very very very poor service. I have stayed here several times for multiple nights during the week and they are losing a repeat client as their service has gone really bad since previous. Room absolutely stank of sewerage on arrival so had to change rooms. Breakfast paid $40 each day in my booking. After waiting 40 mins for breakfast (which I paid for) I asked how soon it would be ready and they said another 15 - 20 mins. I requested dinner instead of breakfast and they refused and said all they could offer was a free drink even though they didn't supply breakfast which I paid $40 for. I tried to explain this to them and they would not help Don't answer phone calls at reception or restaurant from the room, rings out or hangs up. Wouldn't do anything apart from tell me what they couldn't do. Nothing to offer to fix the experience. Also no parking deals. Nothing onsite, only parking options nearby are a complete rip off. No utensils in rooms. No salt or pepper. Lifts are very slow Asked for a low floor but they put me on level 22 The manager was going to email me but heard nothing. Badly run - useless awful service. AVOID!

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my experience upon checking into Citadines North Sydney for a 12-day stay. When I arrived, I was dismayed to find the room in an unacceptable condition. There were unwashed mugs and glasses left in the kitchen area, the entire space felt dusty and poorly cleaned, and the TV remote had flat batteries — a small but frustrating oversight. Given the length of my stay and the reputation of the Citadines brand, I had expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my first impression was far from welcoming. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the experience for future guests.

Very accessible by public transport (train and metro) from the airport. Clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was included which we didn’t expect. Rates very reasonable.

I had an excellent stay at Citadines Walker North Sydney. From the moment I arrived, the service was friendly, professional, and efficient. The location is fantastic—close to transport, cafes, and everything you need, yet still peaceful and quiet. The room was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the sleek, contemporary design throughout the hotel. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was immaculately maintained. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I’d highly recommend Citadines Walker—it's a perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience. I’ll definitely be back!

Classy, modern hotel , pleasant staff, wonderful stay , superb location. Highly recommend. We had a great 3 night stay last week in this beautifully, designed hotel.  We stayed in a studio room on the 22nd floor with floor to ceiling windows and the view was amazing. Oh wow, the room so well designed with modern features,  everything classy, fantastic air-conditioning, speedy internet connection, awesome shower, comfortable bed, super clean, couldn't ask for anything more. Their restaurant Letarra Bar, wonderful ambience,  food delicious,  service Excellent location 5 minute walk to the North Sydney train station, walking distance to bus stops, there is a pub next door, serving delicious food too with good service. There is a Coles opposite the hotel by the corner, chemist warehouse, eateries and more pubs. You will never go hungry. Thank you to staff of Citadines for our lovely, memorable stay. If we come to Sydney we will definitely stay here.

The hotel is lovely and modern, very clean and safe. Located within a minute walk of my office and very convenient to stores, restaurant and supermarket. There are no signs in the lobby describing how to find reception. Sadly the kitchen was closed for my visit. There is no power point in the bathroom which was inconvenient for hairdryer use. I slept poorly due to size of pillows, I suggest providing small and large pillow would have been wonderful. I woke up with a sore back both days. overall It was a lovely room, but I didnt enjoy my stay as much as I could have

"This was my first time in Sydney, and I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and in an ideal location. The front desk manager stood out with their incredible helpfulness and attention to detail, which truly elevated my stay. However, I had an unfortunate experience at the hotel restaurant with the assistant manager, who was dismissive and made me feel unwelcome when I went to order dessert. Their behavior came across as racist, which was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. It left a sour note on what was otherwise a lovely stay. I hope the hotel addresses this issue to ensure all guests are treated with respect and dignity."

It was very comfortable bed and great location. Parking manageable on the weekend. No toiletries or magnifying mirror. Stayed on Level 8 and could hear street noise but not too bad. Bin very small. Staff helpful. Will go back as good prices on Expedia especially.
