The sraff were awesome, the food very good. The rooms are a little dated but claen. If your looking for somewhere close to tge city at a reasonable price this is it.

Room was old but beds comfy and clean. Housekeeping staff was excellent and accommodation in a great location. Would have given an extra star except our room had a glass door without a curtain- so light in through the night and early mornings

The manager ,Dean, and bar/reception lady Eluisa were very helpful . The room was clean and well stocked with tea/coffee/milk and toiletries. After watching the room TV we had a peaceful night . The Ritz is 100m from the Train and bus station as well as the Westfield shopping centre

Staff is fantastic. I'm just not used to check in being at the bar and it's not 24 hours. Then after check in at the bar, I have to get out onto the street to go next door to the accommodation. The room is small but clean and comfortable bed . There are tea and coffee, bottled water and some biscuits. Wifi is good. Air conditioner is not working. Luckily the temperature outside was good. Toiletries and towels on the bed because bathroom is small . Overall the room need refurbishing. There should be a chair at least. Price is slightly on the high side.

Sewer smell coming from bathroom, bathroom door constantly derailed unable to access from inside bathroom, AC didn’t work several attempts, small for 2 people, some sort of pink liquid sprayed all over room, no refund , just left never staying again

Parking was at the council carpark not far from the hotel. After 9pm no charge but you need to pay at 8 am onwards. Check in is at the bar . Room was fine , it was cheap and you get what you pay for. Bathroom needs renovation. A lot of street noise from garbage and street cleaner trucks.
