We were extremely disappointed that when booking through Wotif that there was no information stating the pool was being renovated. We live in Sydney however I took the kids away for a night - and only found on arrival the pool was out of order. However the food was amazing.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Could not fault them. Hotel is a little tired looking in some areas (paint chipped, stains in some areas, roof in pool area was water / damp damaged, steam room broken and door to sauna needs repair. Breakfast was great

Clean rooms, reasonable size, smart TV connections which supported streaming and casting which was great if you wish to use that. Marking down a star because the bathroom shower was poor.
