We have to move rooms 2 times and had issues with the tv and then with the amenities. The people were helpful but the place was run down and having to move rooms twice to get what we paid for was an inconvenience

Staff amazing but cleanliness is obviously not a priority. Air conditioning is all but useless. Lobby was freezing but room never went velow 25 so very uncomfortable. Bed was amazing. No tea towel in kitchen so couldnt dry dishes and put away. View from 6th floor studio was amazing.

I can only speak to the historic cottages at the front of the property (not the tower) but staying there was like stepping back in time. Historic accommodations in a historic neighborhood. Loved everything about it. Staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. Access to nearby shops, restaurants, and the cruise terminal couldn't be better.

Foyer and lobby of the hotel look clean and well maintained. The pool area also looked clean and well maintained however we didn’t use it during our stay. The room was spacious with comfy twin bed as requested. The rooms are dated and could do with some TLC.

Absolutely spot on location for exploring Sydney with ferry trains and trams on your doorstep as well as restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were really welcoming and helpful. We stayed in room 608 with a harbour view and not sure you'd find a better view in Sydney for the money. Overall really great stay.
