The room was as I expected... A good bed, good tele, nice little balcony and a better than avg bathroom. A spa bath and a great shower along with a microwave and fridge give you everything you could want. Staff were welcoming and smiling. It was a lovely three nights.

Room very clean & tidy - light didn’t work but staff sorted with no issue & in short time frame. Bed comfortable VG linen & towels. Not top class but very good value for money- 4 square & cafe across the road & easy walking distance to town & lake. Wi stay there again

The room is a decent size, very clean, had a good kitchenette which is well stocked if you wanted to cook. Bathroom was roomy and had a high pressure shower. Easy walking to shops/lake/harbour etc Plenty of parking, had black out curtains and comfy bed. Serviced daily. It advertises as sound proof rooms, this isn’t so, we could hear the ppl above and everything outside the door, people walking past/cars/voices. I would recommend bringing ear plugs as noisy neighbours kept us awake till early hours of the morning.

Beechtree Motel is situated close to the shops but on a quiet street. Really enjoyed the extremely comfortable bed! Appreciated there being plenty of sachets for tea and coffee making. Decent sized shower and good water pressure. Will stay again.

We love our stay at BeechTree Motel, it was my family's first time staying at the motel and we love it, the suite was spacious just suited for my family of 6, the kitchen. But most importantly it was close to the dairy shops, meat shop n take away shop next door. So thank you for having us. We will definitely be back again real soon.

The view of Lake Taupo was absolutely beautiful, adding to the overall experience. The nearby dairy was incredibly convenient for grabbing essentials, especially for the kids. Parking was easy, and there was plenty of space, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. We truly enjoyed the place and would highly recommend it

The unit we stayed in was very clean and well supplied with toiletries,biscuits, teas and coffees.It was quiet and well set out with good facilities.The only drawback was the entry to the units was through a very dark cold concrete tunnel near the basement and I found this very off putting.
