This house is close to everywhere and positioned for views of the lake, walk to the famous DeBretts thermal baths or explore the tranquil nature at botanical gardens and close to the 2 mile bay boat ramp.
Downstairs there is a garage, queen bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom and laundry.
Upstairs a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom, open lounge with a double sofa bed, dining and kitchen making this a great location for 2 families or the extended family.

The whole home is yours to access and enjoy
Plenty of space for the boat, bikes, jet ski or your lake toys of choice in the garage or carport.

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.

This is a very safe and family friendly neighbourhood.

Car, bike, scooter or walking.

Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
