The Space:

Experience ultimate flexibility at our stunning beachfront home in Mount Maunganui, designed to accommodate groups of all sizes across two spacious levels. The upstairs level features three bedrooms, including two super king beds and two king single beds, complemented by a full bathroom and an additional toilet. The heart of this level is an expansive open plan kitchen, dining, and living area that flows seamlessly onto a balcony, offering breathtaking ocean views perfect for alfresco dining. The downstairs level provides two additional bedrooms, one with a super king bed and the other with four bunk beds, along with a second bathroom, a cozy living room, and a convenient kitchenette that opens directly onto the front lawn and driveway. Please note that for bookings of six guests, the upstairs area is provided exclusively, while bookings for seven to twelve guests include the full property. We offer ample parking space, making it an ideal choice for guests bringing boats or jet skis. If you are a party of six wishing to access the full house, please contact us in advance to arrange this for an additional fee.
