Very accommodating to specific requests, no feather comforter or pillows in the room, since I’m allergic (pictured) The property is in a very upscale neighborhood. One thing that I’m a little unsure of is the logic of truly waiting until 3pm sharp to check in. By then, the waiting area was clustered & they had a long line by 2:50pm. I get check in is 3pm but if the room is ready at 2:30pm why not slowly let the guest precheck in? Or check in? However, our overall stay was good. Completely satisfied with their amenities. We will recommend & will stay at APA Roppongi again.

Upper class area

The room was very clean. That goes with the surrounding area. I think the hotel is located in upper class so finding a dive restaurant is quite tricky as you’ll have to walk a ways.

Very clean, good location. Rooms are small but comfortable, and we did not spend much time in rooms anyway. One room for two people, so for family of 4 we had two rooms on same floor. Very convenient.

Good location, 7 min walk to roppongi station. Onsen was great. Full breakfast included was great. Check in using the automated machine was not easy for multiple rooms. There were staff available to assist with checkin but we were not offered assistance until I became frustrated with the staff directing us to use the automated checkin system. Rooms very small, so for two adults bed was small. Laundry although available line ups for the four machines meant standing in line even at 6:00 am or after 10:00 pm.
