第一次住APA酒店。酒店雖然新，但房間空間不足。雖然早知房間實用面積，但比較之前入住相同實用面積的日本酒店，沒有今次活動有難度的感覺。最大問題，房間無法調校冷氣或吹風，只有暖氣，被又厚，只好關閉暖氣，但實在太熱無法熟睡。

Rooms are SO SMALL. Feels like a cruise ship cabin. Staff super nice. Can walk to Electric City in 10 mins. Lots of food choices there. Coffee shop across from hotel was great. Highly recommend that place. Good food and good prices. Very friendly.

Beautiful, clean hotel. I only gave it 4 stars, because there were issues with heating/cooling. I woke up one night sweating, and the A/C wouldn’t change from heat. After a front desk visit, they said it was cold to some guests and they switched the thermostat to heat. And it affects the ENTIRE hotel. Apparently cost efficient. I do not sleep well in heat, and they did change it back. On checkout day, we checked out late for rest before flight and they did it again, but were less accommodating directing me to turn it off and open the window which is only a crack. In Tokyo, it wasn’t necessarily cold to me, but cool. I wouldn’t stay again because I didn’t want to be offensive to the culture/people, but I can’t do the heat while sleeping.

This was a great hotel 5 minutes walk to the station. Enough room for 2. I would definitely book the same hotel again. Laundry was payable by app and the TV showed the current status of the 2 washers and dryers. Check in was easy and painless and check out allows you to drop the keys on your way out. No complaints!

Clean room with good amount of storage space under the bed helped to make the room feel bigger. The hotel was really well located, just short walk from the metro station and JR line. Could have used make up remover and wipes with the room amenities and also an additional lift (although fast, was only 1). Also the TV switching on when entering the room was a little frustrating.

This is the 3rd time and 4th time I stayed here at the 378 location. its right at the JR line Okachimachi station. this is my regular hotel I stay at whenever I am in Tokyo. Before I made my trip to Osaka , i booked another stay at the 378 location. and when I arrived at Osaka, I stayed at the 372 location at Osaka Umeda Eki Tower. I highly recommend APA for a hotel stay. they clean your rooms where you can see the cleaning schedule on your hotel room TV. and there is a coin operated laundry which is very easy to use. and the detergent is automatically added in the machines. Next time I go to Japan, I am coming back to APA hotels .... Always !!!!!
