Was an efficient place to stay. Things weren’t confusing to find. Was right next to the station. Also a fairly quick walk to Shinjuku. Appreciate this place as my first stay on my vacation to Japan.

Staff are friendly and when unavailable, are easy to contact. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom, sink and a bunk for 2. It was clean, easily accessible and extremely close to the station. Unfortunately, since it is also partially a hostel, other guest’s’ attitudes can vary but overall, everyone was respectful and clean. Recommended for an inexpensive and clean stay with good access to public transportation and local street shopping.

Super close Tozai line train station just right beside the hotel, another train line was 15 minutes away. 3 Family marts near by. Super quite and comfortable neighborhood. Wonderful amenities. Loved everything about it

I really like this place however it is not conveniently located and you will need to take a train to most places. Also the address is weird on the app and different from the actual location so it was difficult to find. The bathrooms are really nice though and the beds are comfortable. Always stocked with extra towels / toiletries etc. and there is a low price laundry option on the top floor and a smoking room in the lower common room as well.

Standard cabin was combined with man and woman felt not safe. it must be separated. I feel not safe if the man is sleeping next door. the guy next door was snoring very loud that I could not sleep at all. left side woman was talking on the phone at 2am midnight. all different country traveller does not understand japanese or English makes so hard to stay. because they do not follow the rules. I would not stay again. Metro subway was close. but so many exit so you have to know where to exit. otherwise walking so much for nothing. Check in and out without a real person was a little bit hard too. the way translate English and Japanese for reservation ID are different.took time to check out.
