It will be difficult to find something wrong with this property. Perfectly located. I am really particular on cleanliness with hotels. This hotel was super clean and the staff there so friendly. It felt like we were the first ones to stay in our room. Everything was super clean. Bathrooms and toilet area was super clean. I loved everything about the hotel. Staff were amazing. Highly recommend if you want to be in the shibuya area where everything in that area is in walking distance from the hotel.

If you have to be in Shibuya, come here…

I only stay in Shibuya when I have to - it’s too crowded for my taste. If you have to be there, this is a terrific place to stay. Great food (breakfast), lovely staff, fun rooms, quiet on high levels, close to public transport.

The location is ideal if you want to be in the heart of shibuya and accross from mega donki The area behind the hotel was not the most desirable in the evening and dirty by japan standards however it is not a reflection on the hotel. Fantastic, great hotel, staff are wonderful, rooms are light and airy, nicely furnished, I enjoyed coming back to our room each day. Comfortable and well laid out rooms, hotel is cheerful, staff are friendly and welcoming. Location is great as close to shopping, food, and transport, Shibuya is also a good location for many of the things we wanted to visit.

The Hotel Indigo Shibuya is an excellent hotel clean modern and an ideal location. The staff is excellent and speak English to make checking in very easy. The rooms are clean and modern with great views of the city. Turn down service was nice for those long days of walking when getting back to the room. Overall excellent top notch 5 stars would recommend!!

Great hotel for first time in Tokyo. Easy to get around to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, very clean, large bathroom, fantastic views. Hotel breakfast was delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly.
