My stay at Hotel New Otani Tokyo Garden Tower was excellent. The location is truly unbeatable, convenient for getting around Tokyo while still feeling calm and removed from the city rush. The garden is a real highlight: beautifully maintained, peaceful, and the perfect place for a morning walk or a relaxing break after a busy day. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options and high quality across the board. Everything felt fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and the service was smooth even when it was busy.

Everything was really clean and the hotel was definitely luxury! The grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with a really cool history, and a waterfall which made it very picturesque. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful.

Great location and close to all the shopping (short taxi rides). Garden tower rooms we had were very small. I am guessing the Forbes 4 star rating is based on its main hotel but not based on garden towers. I would recommend main building over garden towers. My room was too dark and one light in bathroom didn’t work. Couldn’t cool down the room grandma stayed in- too hot. The room me and my wife stayed in couldn’t be warmed up enough - too cold in our room. Shower/bath is small and old - not deserving Otani name. This might as well be a $150 room. No wonder their price was so low for a hotel with such high rating. Seems like garden tower is an afterthought. All services are for the main building. I would either pay less for this kind of room or pay more for a true luxury hotel room. Other than great location and great dining choices, my family liked none other aspects of the hotel. The garden is also great but unfortunately the hotel we stayed in prior to this hotel had an even better garden.

Everything was good. Could really use concierge help in making restaurant reservation. They weee suppose to be open until 7pm but was gone at 6pm. Also, unfortunately the breakfast buffets were underwhelming. They are far below Asia standards.not enough selection,
