Old and stuff are super rude Hallways and rooms smell like crap

We were put on a smoking floor and the room smelt a lot of smoke. Hotel was full so they could not move us. They put a humidifier in the room and gave us an air freshener and the next day the air conditioner was too hot and we couldn't put it down so a repairman came in a changed the air filter. After that the room was a lot better. The rose garden and Japanese gardens within the hotel complex were just beautiful. Staff were always trying to be helpful.
