Stayed here for the Tokyo series recently. Staff is very friendly, always feel safe and you're very close to the train. Amazing views all around and great choices for dining.

Great hotel!

Fantastic location! Away from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya and Shinjuku, which we appreciated as it was a bit quieter. But still so close to everything with the train being just around the corner. Rooms were clean and were a good size. Hotel has many restaurants and shops. Staff were incredibly friendly. The only complaint I have is that the pillows and mattress were very firm. But overall it was a pleasant stay!

Beautiful hotel, very helpful staff, near many shops and restaurant options. The view from my room was beautiful. Lots of amenities. I very much enjoyed my stay.

I loved the gardens, the restaurants and the shopping options. I did not like the room-the bed was too low and not very comfortable. I did not like their inflexibility regarding checking time.
