Very small property, closer to a hostel rather than a hotel. While clean, the hotel did not have many amenities. Wifi was not operational from my room, needed to go down stairs into the lobby/lounge. Pros: walking distance to shinjuku and shin-okubo train stations.

這次旅程入住別館，沒有電梯。房間空間足夠，整潔。交通方便。但是這個地理位置在晚上會有不少喝醉的人，需要注意安全。

別館に泊まらせて頂きました。 エレベーターがなかったので三階までキャリーケースを運ぶのは少し大変でしたが、まあ行きと帰りの2回だけなので！でも年配の方だったら大変かな？とは思いました。 部屋は清掃が行き届いておりとても清潔感がありました。ツインルームに泊まりましたが、丁度よい広さでした。あと小さなテーブルでも1つあれば良かったかなとは感じましたが、このお値段での宿泊なら十分くらいの総合評価です！ 駅からも近く、周辺には韓国料理店も多く不自由なく過ごせました。また次も機会があれば利用したいと思いました！
