Check in can be slow process. Building is much older than it looks, very tired. It is a full on backpackers hostel, messy dorm rooms, filthy carpeting, I booked a single room, don't ask for much, clean bed, hot shower, some quiet sleep. My bed was broken (leg missing), no hot water at all too have a shower, the power in each room cuts off after an hour of use, didn't come back on four 4 hrs, but the worst is the absolute noise two nights in a row from gamers using giant tv and yelling until 2 am. The next night worse, the whole complex including main staff partying, loud music, yelling until 4am+ right next to my room with receptionist encouraging them. I packed up my car and left at 4am, even though I paid for another 24hrs, and slept in my car. For those who need accommodation for hospital visits, don't do it. I will never return.

Liked having the pool to use Large dining area, cleanliness in kitchen/eating area could have been better - maybe have a ckeaner empliyed rather than relying on occupants to mop floor erc. Bathroom facilities adequate but again could be regularly cleaned.cleaning. Out of your control - but other occupants not having any regard for others in same room - sorm a real clutter everyone's things all speead out - maybe less beds in room so storage areas more defined.
