The facility was clean and i had a relaxing experience. Our room was serviced on a daily basis. The shops and food outlet were in walking distance. The hotel's restaurant makes one of the best burgers I have ever had. Will definitely stay there next time. The only reason why i marked the staff down was because i did not like how a young Pakeha receptionist called us as we were walking to our car if we paid our room when that should of been handed over by her previous colleague. She was also the same person that opened our door when we were sleeping on our first day for no good reason at all. It made me wonder whether she does this to all the other customers as well and not just us. Our experience was quite positive and enjoyable despite that poor treatment.

Comfy Beds for sure, just had a suspicious stain on one of the beds. Other than that it was good. Great for families.

Loved the room, it was just a bit noisy with trains and trucks, but it quietened down at night so slept well.
