This place was absolutely perfect. The room was wonderful, the bathrooms were sparkling clean, the kitchen was great, the house was so cute, and the stay was incredible. Everyone should stay here for an experience that was above and beyond and for such a good price!

We had a very positive experience at Neocolonial Nouveau Kensington during our recent stay in Vancouver. It was our first time staying in an "Aparthotel" style accommodation, and we found it both convenient and enjoyable. The Guest Services team was warm and welcoming—they made us feel right at home, which added a special touch to our visit. We’d like to offer a few constructive suggestions to help enhance future guest experiences: - As is typical with aparthotel setups, privacy may be more limited compared to traditional hotels. - The room felt smaller than a standard hotel room. - Sharing a single bathroom among three guest groups was quite uncomfortable. - It would be helpful to clearly inform all guests that quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, to avoid any misunderstandings. Overall, we truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality and would consider staying again. Thank you for helping make our Vancouver visit enjoyable.
