8/10 Very good! (2,568 reviews)
Overwhelmed with disappointment. Given the price point I believed this to be not less than a three star and likely a four star property. Initial room was quite small. Floor had large bump next to bed over which I tripped. Black mold in the shower. No guest information in the room. Front desk not in any sort of uniform, so I wasn’t sure who actually worked at the property. Manager did move me from north building to south building on the second morning. The room was better and had a small kitchen. But again, mold in the shower, and generally run down. The ‘balconies’ were not operable. This property is a pass for sure.

"We arrived around noon; the baggage check line was long and slow (only 1 person was working it). Check-in isn't until 4 p.m., so we used that feature. Check-in was smooth. At one point, not all the elevators were working, which was annoying. Upon arrival, the room was clean, but I could tell they ..."
