Welcome to the Victoria Waterfalls Hotel, your perfect home away from home. Located in the heart of Victoria, this condo offers a prime location with a wrap-around balcony where you can enjoy stunning city, ocean, and mountain views. Step outside and you’ll find restaurants, bars, attractions, and sights all within walking distance, making it easy to maximize your holiday.


The space

Located in the heart of Canada’s Garden City, you’re only minutes from the BC Legislature, Inner Harbour, Royal BC Museum, and many more attractions.

This fully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the 14th floor overlooks the Empress Hotel, offering breathtaking views of the city, ocean, and mountains. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a convertible Murphy bed comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

Guests have full access to the outdoor pool and hot tub, gym, and a lovely private garden.

We take cleaning and safety seriously. Our team follows strict COVID-19 protocols, including:

● Wearing masks and gloves during cleaning

● Extra sanitization of high-touch surfaces such as door knobs and remotes

● Temperature checks for cleaners prior to each cleaning


Other things to note

House Rules:

● Guest Registration: All guests must complete an online registration form prior to check-in, per the Hotel Guest Registration Act.

● Parking: Park only in your designated spot. Vehicles in the wrong spot may be towed at the owner’s expense.

● No Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or burning incense anywhere in the unit or on the balcony. Violations incur a $400 cleaning fee.

● No Parties: Only registered guests may stay on the property. Guests may not invite additional people without written permission.

● Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Excessive noise is not permitted.

● Building Security: Do not allow unknown individuals to follow you into the building or parking garage. Only people with a key fob may enter.

● Building Rules: All Strata bylaws, pool rules, and building policies must be followed. Violations may result in a $200 fine or eviction.

● You Are a Guest: Guests are not tenants. Furniture, bicycles, or other large items may not be moved in or out. Staff may enter for cleaning, inspection, or repairs.

● No Pets: Pets are not allowed.

● Only registered guests are permitted in the condo.

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the property and fines.

This is a lovely place to stay. We loved how close we were to the downtown core and the harbour. There is a lovely local coffee shop about a 5 minute walk from the building. The facility was very clean with beautiful big windows, giving us a lovely view of the city.

Our one week stay was great at this property! The downtown location has great access to everything we needed. The unit was clean and tidy. The views were amazing too! Keys are offsite so be prepared when you arrive and depart. We would stay again, our host was available if any issue came up!

The condo was in a great location, very central and in an easily walkable area. Great access to downtown Victoria and the harbour. It had all the amenities we needed for 4 people and it was clean. The condo is nicely laid out with some separation between the bedroom and the murphy bed in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was a lovely bonus on a sunny afternoon. There are lovely views of the sunset from the balcony too.

Overall the location was great and property was clean. My kids really enjoyed the use of the pool. The downsides were that there was only one key fob for the unit and it was needed to access the elevator, lobby, pool, etc. it limited our ability to split up or come and go at different times. The key to the unit was located in a lockbox a block or so away and we had to wake a homeless person and ask them to move, which was very uncomfortable. There was also no communication ahead of our stay that the freezer did not work, that caused us to waste some food that we had bought, and we probably would have not booked had we known that.

Convenient yet quiet location, secure parking

Location and security of entry, parking are great here. Large bathroom counter with two sinks was handy for us three ladies, Murphy bed and as comfy. An issue with the shower tap was handled quickly despite being over a long weekend. Communication, responsiveness was fast, which was appreciated.
