It is very conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. Staff are very helpful. There is valet parking and the cars are parked in a gated area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our family had a pleasant stay.

We did not know there would be a night club that is open until 2am every night of the week directly below our room. The music was very loud and vibrated the room. The drunk people coming out of the club were yelling outside all night. The hotel sent the exact same email explaining check in 4 separate times the week leading up to the check in. And once we checked in the hotel kept texting asking if we need room services or and other questions that if we needed it we would have just talked to the front desk. We didn't need the hotel constantly trying to check in. The room was average but a little on the small size. But all of the staff were friendly in the hallways and in the lobby.

Awesome experience

The friendlyness and attentiveness of the staff made for a excellent stay. They bent over backward to meet our needs. The rooms were comfortable and sufficient. The free gourmet coffee service was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast. Downtown location was very convenient to restaurants and sightseeing.

The room was clean for the most part but definitely needed a broom as there was hair and dirt on the floor. Loved that there’s a kitchen and sink. Walkable to almost every site you need in Victoria. They parked our car and brought it out to us when we needed it for a one time charge of $20. Even charged it for us overnight which was super helpful. Staff were very kind.

Spring break

Had a great 2 night stay. Used the valet parking and it was easy. Staff was friendly. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to walk around to visit cafes, restaurants, Chinatown and the Inner Harbor area.

The staff were all extremely friendly. We drove an electric car and valet parked it. They charged it for me so I had a full charge by the time we checked out. Rooms were clean and as expected. The sofa bed isn’t the most comfortable, but most hotel sofa beds aren’t. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The room was a great size for 2 people. The kitchenette was well equipped and the bedroom was lovely and dark, the bed very comfortable. Unfortunately it was right near the lift well so you need earplugs if you are a light sleeper. We didn’t have any hot water for the first night and were told that the hotel was full, so it was all used up! Fortunately we had hot water for the rest of the stay.
