We stayed in the Best Western for two nights in May. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom was on the small side but was fine for 2 nights. The hotel’s location was perfect for shops and restaurants or walking to the harbour. The only downside was the lift. It was incredibly slow considering we were only on 6th floor, it took up to 5 mins to wait and get down to the ground floor.

Our check in was very stressful as there was no valet parking available when we went to check in. We had to make a big detour around as there is no left turns for many blocks. Also, it is not a nice part of town. HOWEVER, we LOVED the hotel once we got settled! It is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, rooms were big and really nice, the staff was excellent and were very accommodating regarding valet services. The Ruby Restaurant had great food and the complimentary specialty coffee machine in the lobby was a very nice touch!

My new favourite for Victoria

Great location. Handy to walk to restaurants and shops on the waterfront. Wonderful restaurant on site for breakfast. Water filling station in lobby. Good security. One out of two elevators closed at night to minimize noise. Quiet location. Valet parking available.

Great price for the location. Able to walk to the harbor in less than 15 minutes (if you don’t stop in one of the many cute stores along the way). The restaurant in the lobby has great breakfast as well which was super convenient!
