Magnifique séjour chambre simple

J’ai séjourné 3 nuits en août en chambre simple. Ma chambre était située au 4ieme étage. C’est petit mais bien quand même. C’est moderne et très propre. Il y a un mini frigo ainsi qu’une cafetière nepresso. L’air climatisé est vraiment froide et le contrôle est avec la télévision. Je n’avais de vue dd ma chambre par contre il y avait une lucarne au plafond et j’ai pu observer les étoiles le soir ! Le buffet est délicieux et varié. Le personnel est professionnel et accueillant. J’ai adoré le spa et la piscine, l’eau était fraîche et l’endroit très relaxant après une journée de randonnée. J’ai tout aimé de cet hôtel je recommande fortement!

Our balcony faced the duct work of the restaurant exhaust and the back of the train work shop they need to put something up to make it more aesthetically appealing. Eg. planter boxes to hide the duct work and a nice fence or hedges to hide the the unappealing train work shop.

Such a charming hotel and so close to the train station, shops, and restaurants. The staff took great care in setting up our room. We had a view of the Matterhorn and surrounding area. The rooms are very clean, have all what you need, even a tote and backpack to use! Staff is awesome! Will definitely stay here again!

The service was excellent! Exceed our expectations. Except we had some technical issue like AC was not working and lights were malfunctioning which was fixed the second day. Beside that everything was good.
