It’s one of the best stays in Swiss. The welcoming tea, spa, gym, breakfast, and spacious room, all is good and I can’t find any inadequacy about this property.

Great hotel, we would go back again. Breakfast was great, music at night was awesome, good size rooms, playroom was fun for the kids, pool was nice. Very nice stay, for a great price. 10 min walk to lift, or 3 min walk to free bus.

Our two-floor room was at the basement. It was huge in size with the bathroom at lower floor. It needed only five mins walking to the city centre where located shops and restaurant. There was a supermarket nearby. Just that one reception lady behaved not very welcoming.

For a ‘budget’ room it was fantastic, the food at the breakfast buffet was great, also ate at Dudes, which had great service and great food and drink. The staff at the reception desk were so kind and helpful. Had a fantastic stay!

All staffs were really nice to us but unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the hotel amenities like the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi bath that is located outside the hotel. We thought this was the perfect hotel in Zermatt. Walkable to train station, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, sauna, and breakfast was fantastic. We wish we had been able to stay many days longer.
