We did not receive a response to our requests from the staff on duty, the TV remote control was not working, perhaps due to a problem with the batteries, and they were unable to fix it until the following day. However, the staff were not informed of our situation, it was not in the records. The staff responded in an unfriendly manner.

We came to the Chasse Hotel as the hotel we originally booked failed to meet reasonable expectations - so much so that we checked out after just one night. The Chasse hotel staff and facilities were great! The room was very comfortable- spacious and clean with a proper king sized bed and a large and well appointed bathroom. The air conditioning was also very much so appreciated as it was plus 30 Celsius during our stay. We would happily stay at the Chasse again!

It’s not a boutique hotel as they say. Poor maintenance, security box not fixed. Shower in bad condirios. We repirted it to the front desk and never fixed it, Breakfast is very good. Bad location. Too far from downtown Not the best option definetly. A hotel of no more of 2 stars, expedia should be more cautious for the hotel classification

Overall, we had a great stay. The staff was especially helpful. The breakfast was very good and we were given food to go when we had to leave early. The ac didn’t seem to cool the upper loft very well. The elevator didn't go to the top floor; dragging our luggage up and down that last flight of stairs was difficult.

The hotel overall and breakfast were great. The staff were friendly enough. The room..101 however backs directly onto a school playground and loud noise all day of kids screaming and playing is heard throughout the room. The stair case is right outside the door and contact noise of people walking and taking..right outside the door is loud. Aside from the room location all else was good, clean and professional. I would stay again but definitely avoid that particular room and or that part of the building. The walkability and location is also excellent. Downtown and attractions are roughly 2km away or less and totally walkable. The street car is at the end of the street and also very accessible.
