Vending machine robbed me, only way to get water and front desk refused to refund me or make it right. Had a case of water sitting on the counter but said they weren’t for me. Pillows and beds were uwful. Pull out bed in couch was a joke you’d be better sleeping on the floor. Paying for parking and no breakfast? Place is a cash grab and will avoid next time.

The room was okay. The ironing board was missing a pice to stand up and was wobbly. The iron was leaking water too. The beds were so hard and the pillows sank in between the headboards. We stood there for 2 nights because I did not want to drive home from the Oigie Boigie Bash and this it would be a nice weekend get away and staying close to the parks was more accessible to go back to back. The rooms are out dated and need some renovations to be made to the hotel. The carpet was ripping i the hallway as well. The first day we were welcomed the desk clerk was so sweet and gave us cookies for our kids. The day we left I was in line to check out let the lady i front if me check out and I was waiting in line before here. I just had to let this one go. I do not see mystery going back.

I was able to check in early! Staff were friendly, courteous and professional! Will definitely stay at this Double Tree again! We love the warm cookies!!! You guys are AWESOME!!!!
