The vibe of the room and the hotel was very nice and I can see the appeal, but most of the hotel was under construction so it looked unfinished but still very cool. Really enjoyed the location of this hotel as you can just walk everywhere to in Banff that you'd like to go. Also liked that they have an option to check in early which makes the arrival process so much easier and to check out you just send them a message which is really convenient as well. Two things we didn't appreciate was that they ran out of underground parking that we had paid for earlier to get a spot (they refunded us for it thankfully), so we had to drive around Banff for 20 minutes just to find parking for our hotel (it was insane). But the staff was apologetic and showed us places we could park for free if there was space. The second was that they have their pool hours displayed as regular hours till 9 and then from 9 to 11 was supposedly "quiet time" but we just sat in the hot tub being splashed by children (who's parents didn't care), over and over at 10pm which was really a let down after hiking all day. For the price you can probably find something better but it was good for one nights stay.
