Beautiful property. Staff - from front-desk to housekeeping - were very friendly and accommodating. Near many eating/drinking establishments; across the street from the Magpie & Stump which has a great Happy Hour twice a day. In-hotel breakfast ootions were great, although the breakfast room was difficult to navigate while busy due to big furniture and limited space. I paid $40 extra per night for a balcony but couldn't really enjoy it due to the large amount of snow that had accumulated there by the time I'd arrived and in the days that followed. Would definitely stay again but would forego the balcony in the winter.

Great hotel, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, large comfortable rooms, and walking distance to everything we needed (restaurants, bars, convenience store, buses to airport, skiing, and other attractions). The hotel is generally quiet, though walls are thin and we heard doors to other rooms closing, sometimes quite late at night. The gym equipment is unfortunately limited, very old, and not maintained. Breakfast was pretty good and staff were attentive to anything running low. The fridge and kettle in the room was a nice bonus. Overall great experience, would stay again.

We arrived very early. Hoped to get our rooms at least half an hour before check in time but they couldn’t accommodate us. 😩😩😩😩 We enjoyed the breakfast !!

Centrally located; convenient to our choices for dining. The staff were pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was decent, although access to the breakfast nook is a little strange! The sole buffet attendant was incredibly efficient, and constantly on the go ensuring everything was topped up while always having a smile ready in greeting guests. The toiletries were not properly replenished in preparing our room for arrival as the body wash dispenser was practically dry. The room was unbearably warm and not at all conducive to a good nights sleep. Voices carry easily through the doors but the noise/laughter from conversations from outside were most disturbing as they peaked at 2:30 am. Garbage trucks rang an alarm at 6:30 am.
