Parking is horrible, no spot at all because no keep check some cars not parking properly ( parked between 2 spots) also, many vacant spots was reserved, was told need to do electrical or cleaning purposes. But also 30% car parks be reserved for this reason. I requested, but being ignored. End up need to park outside

Hotel as clean, access to the hot pool was a big bonus, in house Chili's restaurant was a big plus too. Service was average. Accessible to Banff ave and other restaurants. Parking was plenty, we felt safe during our stay.

Nice property with easy parking. Pool was insanely busy over the weekend but peaceful during the week. We were meant to get $15 off a day for food at chilis but on the last day they added it after we checked out so they didnt add it on. I felt this was their fault not ours therefore we lost our vip amenity that day which was the only reason we had breakfast here on the last day or we would have gone to tim hortons. Drinks were good, food was okay. Generally staff were good just the recptionist on the last day was not helpful regarding this part. Convenient enough stay. We were staying for our honeymoon which i let the hotel know before hand and asked for additional add ons that they suggested but they did not write back regarding this - just a bit disappointing

The restaurant attached is Chilies which wasn’t what I was expecting, would’ve been nice if they had a trendy place to go for drinks. The rooms are dated and half the channels on the tv weren’t available. The wine they offer at the hotel is like drinking acetone. For the price they charge a night I expected bigger rooms with at least a mini fridge
