The hotel and the view are Stunning, but the room need to be updated, for the price it cost, i would expect much nicer room. I visited 110$ / room a night in Calgary downtown that looks 10 time nicer. Of course the view and the rest is on a different level, but still, for the price, it should be updated.

I loved the ambiance of the whole property. It is clean and well kept. The room i stayed in was large, comfy beds, options to dine on property. Great lobby area and staff are so accommodating and nice. Shuttle service and bus service available. There is no bad view at the Rim Rock! Stunning! Every staff we encountered were lovely and helpful! The Bell Service is top notch and super friendly team! The rooms were large (exception the bathroom) and the fire pit out back was a lovely way to end the evening! Views from the lounge breathtaking. Easy walk to Gondola and Hot Springs. Shuttle service on time and easy in to town. Loved everything about our stay!

We stayed at the Rimrock Hotel in April 2025 and were genuinely pleased with the entire facility. We enjoyed breakfast buffet at Primrose, watching hockey games and drinks at Divas, coffee and snacks from the coffee shop, etc. The front desk and concierge staff were helpful and efficient, and it was helpful to borrow show chains for our shoes as recommended by the concierge for hiking. Parking was convenient and reaching the destinations on our itinerary was easy and hassle free. We highly recommend Rimrock Hotel for their great views, amenities like their outdoor fire pits, sauna, gym and spa but most importantly, the very relaxing environment throughout the property.

The property is quite comfortable for family. The area around it is beautiful and quiet. It is very close to up hot spring and Banff gondola , but it is a bit far away from the town. The restaurants inside the hotel are a little expensive and lack of choice. Anyway, I think it is a good spot to stay and relax.
