This place is just the best. We stay here every time we come to Bathurst. It is friendly, has a bistro with amazing food, and a pub attached, Carrington Patk right across the road, as well as walk to the shops.

The staff were very friendly, location was convenient, could have been a bit cleaner, mould heavily present in the bathroom, fixtures held up with masking tape (also containing mould) and a lot of dead bugs. Great for an overnight stay though.
