But the biggest worry is that it is an old house with no fire alarms in room and there are a majority of electrical items. Does have parking at rear of house, but must be small car, I drove a single cab hilux in, tight driving out.

This B&B was a very clean and comfortable stay. We stayed for one night. The only thing that could use improvement is the "continental breakfast." The offerings are quite light in comparison to what a "continental breakfast" means in the U.S. There was also no butter to go with the vegemite; and you can't access the milk/juice/bread in the kitchen until 7AM. Make sure to bring your own hair conditioner, as only shampoo, soap, and body wash were provided.

Comfortable enough stay - bit noisy with people talking in the hall. Bath mat would be good and curtain to block the light coming in the glass door all night would be wonderful. Greeting on arrival was lovely. Entryway and back yard could be tidied up to add appeal.
