Room was fine, staff disappointing when contacted for possible late checkout for one hour as we arrived very late due to flight delays previous night. They asked for $30 for one hour ! Then, we raced back after having breakfast out as the breakfast facility at property not open on weekends ? We were so shocked to find we had been locked out of our room ( bags still inside) it was 3 minutes past 10am ( checkout time ) and then to discover the cleaners had already started in our room ! Not appropriate AT ALL, breach of privacy!!

Would never stay there again. Staff were not that helpful. We arrived around midday they changed us an extra $20 for an early check in. Greedy, they had lots of vacant rooms that we could see.

As we were only at the motel for 1 night we can't rate the pool or surrounds. The room we found very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Everything we needed was there for our use. The motel is very handy with a restaurant and also walking distance to the local bowls club. The undercover parking for our vehicle was excellent. We will definitely be going back to stay when we are in Brisbane. Highly recommend the Pegasus Motel.
