The hotel has a restaurant but person cooking the meals couldn't cater for l Gluten Free. GF bread was stated to be available - however it was not actually available at breakfast. Laundry well below standard. On booking, we were not advised/asked if a room on 2nd floor was OK. We are aged 83 and 88yrs old and there is no lift to upper floor to transport luggage. Fortunately a cleaner was on duty and kindly assisted us.

Room was clean and had everything needed was delighted it had a bath tub..washing machine and dryer...plenty of space and comfortable and convenient location. Had a little trouble getting my room pin to work but neighbour heloed me out. Also a lift would have been handy to cart luggage upstairs was inconvenient. Also bed was a little hard for me.overall i would stay here again.
