Unfortunately I don’t know why or how this happened. I called ahead of time to inquire about the deposit and was told it was $100 per stay. We arrive there everyone in my party is charged $100, I got in a bit later and when I went to check in the MANAGER then decided to charge me $150 I asked why I was getting charged more then everyone else and why it was more then what they said it was over the phone & he instantly had a sour look on his face & told me “you will get it back anyways” I really dislikand he gave me no reason as to why he did that to me…

Hotel looks amazing, has had a very nice face lift. Great location and access to major roads and thoroughfares so a quick ride in any direction and you're only minutes from shopping, dining and event space.

Relaxing

Came here for a girls weekend in Calgary. The room was spacious, clean, and I like how the hotel is a bit more central than most hotels. I love that check out is at noon, it gave us time to just relax in the morning. The only thing I would have to say is that there is no AC unit in the room, so it was a bit warm. Other than that it was great, will definitely stay here again!
