All inclusive is definitely the way to go. Yes, we got off the resort a couple of times, but this made it so convenient to make sure we had food and drinks at all times. Every resort employee made us feel welcomed.

Clean room, staff is great but because of the language barrier was hard to ask for certain things. Had to ask multiple people for one question but other than that everything was good! View was amazing.

Stay Away from this hotel. Air Conditioner was not working in every single restaurant. Service was terrible. The attitude was to the roof. What a waste of money and time.

Customer service was great. Food was not the best. Needs variety. On our laat night, my 7 year old got food positioning from the restaurant Zen. Hotel said I was lying about it and saud my son probably ate something outside the hotel. I told them we were in the hotel all day and to check their cameras, but they still said I was lying. Hotel didn't want to take any accountability. I had to call the hotel doctor and that ended costing $200 dollars, plus $100 in medications. Definitely not going back.
