Very good hotel, 20min from the airport. One of the best hotels to stay with amazing oceanfront rooms and exciting activities throughout the day. The foam party organized stands out to be the best of all. They have 5 good restaurants and we felt there should have been more vegetarian options considering that this hotel is rated one of the best in cancun. They also have a seperate area for kids to hangout and have fun at the property which is cool.

Excelent resort . Buffet? So so , Japanese food ? Excelent , stake house ? Good Italian ? Excelent . Entertainment ? Super … pool entretainment ? Amazing . I strongly recommend it . In regards with the 90 session for time share ? Say no if you don’t wish time share 90 min session . Will kill your day . Be firm and say no otherwise go for it if you want to buy . Stuff somehow does not look that happy compare with other resorts . May be the black uniform ? I don’t know . Overalls? It is a great hotel .

Front desk personal it’s terrible, a hostess from El toro restaurant, disrespectful. The toilet on my room wasn’t working and the supervisor ( lady, check in spot) didn’t even care.

The worst hotel I've ever been. Old and dirty hotel. The rooms do not have ventilation, the floor, walls, bed are wet due to high humidity. It's impossible to live in it, we left on the first day

Tacho set up our chairs and umbrellas every day. He was great, he would meet us around property and say hello. This man is great at his job!
