I showed up and the receptionist wasn't at the desk, I had to call the hotel in order to get them to come check me in. They don't have body wash or hand soap in the room, just several bars of a citrus facial cleanser. The carpet is a mess. The closet door was broken. The room didn't feel clean.

Basic breakfast - just ok. Entire hotel needs updating. Otherwise my room is quite comfortable and nice with microwave and fridge. Staff are great! 10 min drive to O'Hare airport so that's a plus for me!

This is not a 24 hour shuttle service hotel! The only reason I chose this hotel. They said what's on their website states based on availability, which starts at 5:30am. Orbitz needs to uodate their description.
