Close to airport with a pretty quick shuttle. They were excellent on giving instructions where to pick up the shuttle too with a prior email. Staff were very friendly and helpful when needing some things. The room is very quiet and you cannot hear the planes. Breakfast was pretty good.

Our stay was great. All the staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. Our room and beds were very comfortable. The room was near the elevator but we heard no noise from the hallway. The breakfast was great.

The good: Very close to O'Hare airport with 24-hour shuttle service up to every 15 minutes. The bad: I'm used to Hampton Inns having very nice grounds and surroundings. This one is on a very busy, multi-lane street, and the surrounding business district feels a little run down and unsafe. But it suits the purpose for overnight stay prior to flying out.

The Hampton Inn Chicago-O'Hare International Airport hotel was the perfect place to stay for our weekend in Illinois. The airport shuttle was great and quick. We used to get to the hotel from the airport when we arrived and back to the airport when we left. Our drivers were polite and helped with our bags. Our first driver even gave us some spots to check out for food that weren’t to far from the hotel. The Hampton was also close to a plaza that had plenty of restaurants, clothing stores, and a Target (about a 10-min. drive; the uber was fairly cheap too). The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast area was well stocked, clean, and had plenty of seating. Our double bed room had plenty of storage, included a fridge, coffeemaker, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer, and fit the four of us comfortably. We would definitely book here again.

Close to O'Hare

We traveled to this property before a flight and then after a flight. Property is close to O'Hare. Convenience of the closeness is great. Check in was easy and the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great in the morning and check out was easy. Front desk staff offered a great suggestion for pizza delivery as well.
