The hotel adds a "greener stay" charge to whatever credit card is provided at check in for Incidentals. After booking, I received a message within the booking app from the hotel. This was not communicated by the front desk staff at check in, and I did not see this charge on my card until after check out: We look forward to hosting you at the Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare - Rosemont! Starting Thursday February 1st. Complimentary airport shuttle service to and from O’Hare International Airport is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shuttle service must be requested once ready. You can do this by calling the hotel at +1-847-380-5800, select option 4. All Ohare airport pickups will take place at terminal 2 arrivals door 2E. Shuttles from the hotel must be scheduled at check in. To help contribute to the hotel's efforts for a greener stay, $3.00 will be collected during check in. Thank you!

Room was spotless, very nice. Staff was excellent. My only problem was having to slam the door close because it wouldn’t just close by pushing it up like normal and I couldn’t get the tv to work. Very nice and clean hotel. I felt very comfortable.
