This was a last minute stay due to not being able to make our flight home with my son, an infant. We were very tired and had none of our items. The hotel staff, most importantly the shuttle driver that night, Surjin, were absolutely the best. I can say that i’ve never had a shuttle driver so genuinely caring and kind. Want to be sure he receives the recognition he needs as he truly deserves it. Great stay here at Holiday Inn. Appreciate them very much!!

My room was right by the stairs so I was awoken multiple times by people coming and going. It's an airport hotel, so that's to be expected. I got up to make some coffee and there was only tea. The television didn't work either. To be fair to the hotel, I did not notify them of any of these issues. I'm sure they would have immediately fixed them. I was too tired to do that. The welcome at the front desk was wonderful, and the restaurant was decent. I appreciated the vegan option.
