For the first 2 nights of our stay, there was no hot water! We were there for work, and the internet service was terrible. I was able to get on with my phone for a little while, but I could not get a connection on my laptop. Apart from the lady on the front desk at sign-in and the barman, I never once had a friendly smile or word from other staff members. When I went in for breakfast in the morning, the person on duty at breakfast never even responded when I would greet him with a "good morning". Quality Inn - very light on Quality.

The only improvement I might suggest is better direction to the front door. The sign for the restaurant is what one notices and it wasn’t clear to me that the same door led to the registration desk.
