Fall 2024 I stayed at the motel (so the review is a bit late and things may have changed since). I was given a room that had bedbugs. The attendant was trying to gaslight me and say that it was a "normal bug", but I was very persistent. They wouldn't give me a refund but did give me another room that smelled heavily of smoke. This one did not have any bedbugs, but I was paranoid the rest of the stay.
