Dirty shower, light in bathroom above sink did not work. There was a toilet plunger left in the hall of third floor for two days. The halls stunk. Blood stain and many other stains on the couch in lobby. Second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and the hot tub hasn’t worked. The pool was out of order as well. The main reason we stayed at this hotel was for the hot tub and the pool. They were closed the entire time. was told by staff it would be fixed within a few hours of check-in, and that did not happen.

Not the fault of the staff but the pool was closed due to previous occupants, since it was a plan to swim we checked out early. Also the ice machines weren’t functioning, otherwise room nice and would go again

My keys didn’t work on the door and room wasn’t finished when i checked in. I promised my daughter a swimming day but at first the battery to the pool door was dead had to wait until the front desk lady friend brought in some batteries. Got inside the pool area and war horrified because the pool was disgusting and we couldn’t swim in it. we tried thr hot tub and that was also nasty were hair and other particles were floating in it when we got in. I was truly disappointed in this place. The front desk lady Kash was very nice she apologized and closed the pool down so no one else have to experience what me and my daughter did. This place is sad.

Rooms are good. Water pressure in shower was not. Hot tub and pool seemed nice but the overwhelming stench was so bad someone called the fire department thinking it was a gas leak (it was not). Staff was friendly but didn't seemed concerned about it. Which I found odd because it was a very obnoxious order? We were there because of the hospital and decided to get the hospital rate at another hotel, theres plenty to choose from.
