Very close to Dunedin's central Octagon but quiet (I did have a room away from the street). Friendly, helpful management. The room was large, clean and comfortable and in my case had a small outdoor garden. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff that are very helpful. Room was tidy and clean. Starting to show age a wee bit though. Outdoor areas need some TLC with the weeds. Usually stay here in Dunedin as its pretty close to everything and is reasonably quiet from road noise and night life
