Stayed on the 6th floor with my husband and 3 kids. The view is incredible! The beds and pull out couch were comfortable. The shower and spa were a cool novelty for us. The kids enjoyed the pool and slide. A little noisy but to be expected considering the location. Could smell cigarette smoke in our room at times from our neighbour who was obviously smoking outside on the balcony but that is not the fault of the property. Staff were friendly and had an easy check-in at a good price

Needed tiles replaced in both pools. If they hydro washed all walking surfaces it will bring back the hotel to a higher standard. Caught staff smoking a metre away from our front door on two occasions. Smoke went through our room.
