Wouldn’t stay again, the room was so old and the tv didn’t properly work and that was annoying. I had an allergic reaction to the body wash, I got welts and rashes everywhere and that was not a nice experience on a holiday. I felt like I was staying at my grandparents house it was so old fashioned. I expected a modern hotel for the price I paid. I have stayed in way fancier hotels for less money. I was woken by arguing residents who lived there consistently yelling through the night. I will not stay at any mantra hotel again!

Fantastic staff. The room was exceptional with great views of the ocean. All the pools were fantastic and the staff at the bar especially during happy hour were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay (4 nights). our room was spacious and clean. The pools and waterslides were amazing even with a number of people it wasnt crowded, even had a lifeguard watching everyone, great if you had children. Our stay included breakfast which was more than we expected a huge variety of food. Would recommend.

I absolutely loved this property. I had a one bedroom apartment with an ocean view, on the 19th floor. The hotel is strps away from a tram stop. The beach is close. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was too small, very dirty, nothing to cook on. Charging to clean the room was really low act. Being charged 38 dollars for 2 egg and bacon rools with coffee was downright highway robbery.

Staff at check-in very unfriendly and uninformative regarding our stay. Room condition below par with room amenities either from the last century to cheap makeshift furnishings. Extremely noise both from other guests in adjacent rooms and street/construction noise. Aircon placed directly facing bed, so unable to use at night unless you wanted a dose of a head cold. The only saving grace was the buffet breakfast. Overall would not stay at a Mantra again, nor recommend to anyone else.
