Beware hidden cost parking is now charged. Tv channels didn't work, no pay tv channels, although this time coffee machine worked, last time it didn't, electric blinds didn't work, they would randomly go up or down at random times ,4am one time, jump scared me awake. Lights also would turn off randomly twice while in shower. Blinds been closed like that made me fell closed in, Couldn't see the pool🙈 Staff were all lovely though❤ my highlight is usually having omlete for breakfast, but last 2 days that disappeared 🙈 Last time i stayed it cost $529 for 5 nights and extra $200 extra for 5 days buffet breakfast. This time $1500 for five nights. Then surprise, extra car parking $100. So i think im going to have to find new accommodation next time.

Location is amazing. Staff was great. Rooms are unfortunately small, stuffy, lack ventilation and are quite outdated. I had broken light switches and a lot of dirt and dust visible while in the shower. But love the ease of access everywhere onsite

No explanation of parking sat in line up to be told to just go underneath then come up to check in, when you come in to check in there’s no signage I where check in is At checkin asked for ID for checkin , again none of this was explained when booked luckily I had ID in phone. Just poorly done for what should be a 5 star hotel and expensive

Room was great. Dining was great. Casino was great. Only negative was that the parking has a low limit for big cars so that took us a while to work out but the concierge helped us out. And even though you’ve paid a lot for the room then you get stung with $20 for parking. Other than that it was a lovely weekend
