You pay for convenience only. The rooms are NOT as clean as they should/could be, which is terrible because that just means the cleaning staff is lazy. My showers have all been dirty but my linen looks/smells clean. My toilet was dirty but there was brand (1-ply) toilet paper. Again, no flat surface was wiped but the sink, so it’s just as clean as a Motel 6 with a heftier price tag. Also, they don’t return funds if you check out earlier AND it’s $15/day plus taxes for parking. I’ve never seen the pool, gym, or breakfast (it starts after 7a but I always was gone before seeing or tasting.

I reserved and paid extra for a “high-floor” room which was marketed as floor-to-ceiling windows in a corner room. Have stayed here many times over the last few years, and chose this type of room vs other rooms due to the “high-floor with floor to ceiling window views (as marketed in pix on Expedia and their own site). Unfortunately , the room assigned has the smallest window/view I’ve ever had at a hotel. When checking in (on a Thursday staying for one night no less), they “couldn’t move me to another room due to cleaning.” Was really bummed, and will definitely reconsider staying here again, just due to the way it was handled.

The front desk staff was great! The lady that checked me in (I missed her name) was the same as my previous stay however I stayed in a different part of the hotel and all rooms are NOT equal. My room had a concrete pole by the window and stayed cold—even with my heat cranked as high as it would allow (82 degrees F). My room was a bit dirty; my linen and bed were clean looking/smelling. The shower had some kind of pink frothy stuff dried to the top handle and there were crumbs on nearly all the flat surfaces. My hot water was lukewarm at best, no matter if I jumped right in or waited a few minutes. Parking was chaotic and cars were parked haphazardly so I had to park a lot further away than I wanted and would move my vehicle later in the day. Positive side, no one slammed their door constantly, even the rooms with kids so I slept well! I would stay here again because I’m hoping this was just a one off thing…

Opening and closing of neighboring rooms throughout the night disrupted sleep and sounded as if the place was coming apart. Doors should gently close to help prevent this, not slam and rattle the walls
