The staff were super helpful in checking us in and even proceeded to give us our luggage (without us asking) that we shipped over ahead of time. The location is perfect for us as we can walk to Kyoto train station. The breakfast has so many different types of meals so that we have never feel tired of eating there after five days.

Everything was perfect for my first trip to Japan. They provided you with all amenities you need, and they have a 7/11 convenience store that leads to the hotel. Breakfast was good, and laundry was easy to use.
