This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in Japan. Easy to everything and self service laundries in two levels. The place is very modern and very clean. USB port everywhere. 7 eleven is connected to the hotel. This made rainy, hot and humid days very convenient. This is the best hotel.

I liked that umbrellas were freely available for loan as it rained the day of our sightseeing tour. Proximity to Kyoto Station but still very quiet and the bathroom was amazing. All very clean and new

This hotel is quite new and it showed. Reception area and rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. I particularly appreciated the design of our room. Clearly a lot of thought went into the selection and placement of furniture to ensure comfort in a small-ish room. I certainly recommend the hotel. But..walking into the restaurant for breakfast at 9am to find only scraps remaining and staff cleaning up was poor form. I’d suggest simply walking to the 7/11 nearby.

Very clean, a lot of amenities and a handy location to Kyoto station and bus terminal as well as shopping malls and eateries.
