I thought it was fairly clean, but very old and the beds were terrible extremely uncomfortable.

thank you for your stay.yes our building is old, but any relate with clean and old?also all our beds are order from furniture shop, nothing made by ourself. if you have any concern please complain to the manufacturers.

For the price unit was neat and tidy and good value, if you want something better you would have to pay triple the price. Over all I was happy with the unit.

Lovely unit, clean, tidy, enough space for the family. Walking distance to everything Lakes. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
