The rooms smell awful even if they're nonsmoking and the entire hotel smells like an ash tray. The pipes run continuously throughout the night and staff members vaccuum the floors outside the rooms at 12 am.

My balcony room had a light shining through room service never came and gave me fresh towels or emptied my trash. I had to do it myself until yesterday when I had too much trash I needed them to come empty it and some nice man did come but other than that, there is no room service I had Not the best time with that.

They ran out of prime rib at least 2 nights in a row. I got food poisoning from the key lime pie that was a brown color. The kids pool had nothing up there except a cement slab, and an unheated pool, and the water was cold. Housekeeping was great. Always helpful and very nice. Front desk was personable.
