We stayed for 2 nights mid-week. The property is really far from the other casinos. You can't walk to any of them.
Unless you use valet parking and/or the bellhops, you have to walk a long way with your bags. If you park in the garage, which is advisable when it is hot, you will have to negotiate 28 stairs to get into the property.
Our room was less than ideal. The sink was not draining well when we got there. We called, and maintenance did come and unplug the sink pretty quickly after we checked in. However, the next morning the bathroom floor was wet. No idea where the water came from. By that evening, the sink was again slow to drain, but we didn't call about it. However, by morning, there was water on the bathroom floor again, and the sink was full of dirty water and not draining at all. I reported it at the front desk. We weren't able to use the sink for anything before we checked out.
The furniture was odd: a high table (about 3 ft square), and a single armchair. No good place to use a laptop.
Many of the buttons in the elevators don't light up.
Many of the food venues/bars closed before 8 pm.
On the plus side, there is a nice night light in the bathroom, and there is a water taxi that stops at most of the casinos on the strip for $5, plus tip, each way. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful, especially the young man working at Cinnabon, and one of the hostesses at the café who walked all the way with us when we couldn't find something we were looking for.
