We never had hot water in the shower. Our room was never serviced. We did the self-check in and we were given a king room when we needed 2 queens and I had to go back down and fix the problem. The staff was pleasant (except for the late night lady at the smashburger place- she was downright rude). I probably will go back to staying at the Riverside.

Check in was a bit challenging. One of our rooms were not ready when we arrived, But the problem was they did not offer to call and let us know when it was ready. They said we should come back in an hour or so, but we would have to stand in the crazy long line again. Thankfully there was not a line when we came back. There seemed to be a lack of employees for the desk and valet.

I would invite the president/ ceo, chairman of the board to stay in a room!!! They would be mortified! Mold, mildew, stinky, dirty, outdated, run down. The doors slam shut and are a safety hazard and liability… Caesar’s can’t afford descent coffee creamers or coffee in the rooms…Not a resort! Upgraded rooms got me a room of the rooftop.. They need to clean and update this filthy property! I do not recommend this property!
