family from California and Arizona get together here once a year for days we love it but there was no pool this time we just hope next year they have the pool open

The AC was out in the elevators, in July, too hot for that. The pool was Closed. None of the ice machines on any of the floors were working or available and our room was dirty. Dirty like pull the bed back and there was a urine stain in one bed and hair in the the other bed. It had never been cleaned prior to us being checked in. Upon further inspection- the bathroom counters were dirty as well. We were quickly moved to another room on another floor. While moving we noticed trash just bagged up in the hallways/ sitting out. I never once saw a housekeeping cart. I’ve stayed here many times. It has never been like this. Never.

As you walk in the casino smells like smoke, no I’ve machine working they give you a small bag a day in the room stain chairs lines don’t fit the beds tv from the 90s only 5 channels not what I expected.
