Staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. We could not get into our room as the key was not being recognized. Back downstairs and they gave us another room. Got in that room and the TV has no reception on all TV' channels except one. So we watched that channel. They called someone to our room, who came quickly but said it's a satellite issue and nothing they could do. This all happened after we drove 6 hours from LA and arrived at 1am

Service wasn’t very good. Several employees complaining and cursing with no regard of who was listening. Room was kind of “stripped down.” No ice available unless you call front desk. No cups, blow dryer, etc. (The little amenities usually taken for granted in most hotels). Room was clean and bed was comfortable, though. Fast elevators. Dining options looked like regular restaurants online but were mostly microwaved food made by the bar staff

THIS WAS A BASIC ACCOMMODATION WITHOUT MUCH IN THE WAY OF AMENITIES. THERE WAS A SMALL REFRIGERATOR AND A MICROWAVE, BUT NO HAIR DRYER AND HOUSEKEEPING DID NOT CHECK IN. ROOM NOT MADE UP OR EXTRA TOWELS OFFERED DURING 3 DAY STAY. FRONT DESK STAFF VERY NICE.

The bathroom and beds were clean carpets could use a shampoo, but I suppose that’s pretty normal. Even though the room floors are non-smoking, they still smell of cigarettes.

Horrible and dirty

The room was very dirty, surfaces were sticky, the bathroom sink and tub would back up, in fact, sink never drained. We didnt even feel comfortable to take a shower. Old box tv that wouldnt turn on. We told front desk about our concerns and all she could say sorry.

The blanket on the bed and wash rags was stained, air vent made noises, no blow dryers and no ice machines.
