They charged us for smoking in the room when we don’t smoke and it was for drying my hair. Charged $350 for no reason and kicked us out. Very unprofessional and rude. Will never stay here again

Enjoy staying there just can’t stand the smell of smoke especially in the hallway of a non smoking tower. Is not just cigarette smoke you smell if you know what I mean.

I thought the property was a good value and check in was easy. Cool food court choices. The only issue we had was even though we had a do not disturb sign and had an extended check out time. Housekeeping knocked on our door 3 times that morning waking me up earlier than I wanted. My husband kept telling her we were checking out at noon but she kept coming.

The room was clean, comfortable.and quiet. A good variety of restaurants within the casino. Be prepared to walk through areas that are quite smokey. Not good for people with allergies to smoke.

Great view of the river

Our room was quiet with an excellent view of the River. Within walking distance to our meetings and events. It was truly a non-smoking room which we appreciate so much.
