Total disaster from the first night. Had to change rooms due to no hot water on several floors and toilet was over flowing. Was placed in farthest tower from casino which made it horrible due to we are disabled. No accommodations for people with disabilities. Will be reporting to ADA. Our service animal for some reason started barking, which means someone had been present in our room while we worked with valet to retrieve our car and the bell hop for our luggage. When we returned to the room, security was there thinking we had abandoned our service animal. Total Garbage! We left him in the room for 10 ten minutes to finish eating while we took our things downstairs with the bell hop. While going down the elevator the bell hop/ security manager started scolding the bell hop assisting us. As a retired business owner, I let him know how unprofessional his timing and words were to the man helping us. That man needs to removed from his position. Total wasted minivacation. We spent a lot of money on the casino floor and the restaurant, gift shop, etc. Between the room swap, lack of handicapped accessibility or assistance, the service manager yelling at a good man I might add, the flash report about our service animal, we will never stay or utilize the casino. There are far better options in the area. Before you think I'm just complaining, I haven't written a review in the last decade but this one needs to be said. My next letter will be certified to Management as well as SM.

Checked in to a room that had not been cleaned , had to walk all the way downstairs to change reservation and did not get any compensation for it . Next day hot water did not work . Only 2 towels per room had to call in for more .

The AC wasn’t working. there was no hot water. No refrigerator in any of the rooms, & when you call to ask for one they say they’re all out. No microwave, & none available when asking. Ice machines were out of ice. wouldn’t stay here again.

Tropicana is just a convenient hotel for us for our river trips. The beds are comfortable, parking is good for our boat, but the shower didn't have hot water, and the coffee maker didn't work. Also, very few places to eat at Tropicana. We usually go to In and Out Burger or The Outback across the street.
